Manco Homes, Inc. has been building semi-custom as well as custom homes for around
Ten years. We have built many homes in that time ranging in size from 2500 square feet
to 10,000 square feet, as well as a wide range of styles from Traditional to Shingle Style.
Manco Homes takes particular pride in its attention to detail from inception to completion
of our projects” No Detail is to Small” this is the mantra of the owner and driving force
behind Manco Homes, Kamil Job.
Kamil Job is always looking to do things better and in a timelier manner while never
losing site of the Client or budget. Kamil has done this as most visionaries by hiring only
the most qualified people with a proven track record in their field, from office personnel,
Accounting, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, Designers as well as his General
Manager, Kamil accepts nothing less than 100% effort from everyone.
Most of our projects are built within a 25 mile radius of our office, located at 725 N.
Addison Rd., Villa Park. We currently have Homes under construction or in
Development in Villa Park, Lombard, Wood Dale, Elmhurst, Barrington Hills,
Lincolnshire, Sugar Grove, Lake Forest and Park City.
